Guarantees and the fixed price
A fixed price is not an advertising promise but the result of a method: a full specification before the contract, a plot check before the price, and staged payments tied to results.
A precise specification
The house is described down to materials and works.
Plot check
The price is fixed only for a compatible plot.
Staged payments
Payment is split by stages and tied to results.
Locked by contract
Price and scope are fixed in the contract.
Changes only at the client's initiative
If you don't change the design or scope, the cost does not grow.
Warranty terms
Warranty terms are published together with the final product specification. At handover the client receives a warranty passport describing the structures, services and service conditions.
Quality must be visible before finishes cover it.
Until our first builds, this section shows technical diagrams rather than other people's photos.
Rebar photo records
Every reinforcement cage is photographed before concrete is poured.
Concealed-works reports
Anything covered by the next layer is signed off first.
Concrete control
Concrete batches are verified with laboratory samples.
Waterproofing details
Critical junctions follow proven standard details.
Thermal envelope
Insulation continuity is checked before finishing.
Services testing
Pressure, electrics and drainage are tested before closing up.
Handover checklist
The house is handed over against an open list of checks.
Warranty passport
A document listing the build-up of structures and warranty terms.
