Only what you send through the forms: name, phone, WhatsApp, cadastral code, a link to the plot, plot photos, a comment, plus the site language and traffic source (UTM). We do not collect card or ID details.
Why we use it
To run the preliminary plot check, respond to your request and send product updates if you asked for them. Data is shared only with LIVA Homes staff and specialists involved in handling the request.
Storage
Requests are stored in a protected request-management system. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or its deletion — write to us through any form on the site and mention it in the comment. The company's contact details will be published on this page.
Analytics
The site records anonymised usage events (section views, form submissions) to improve the product. Sensitive form data is never sent to analytics.
